Sign in and choose your business
Open BusinessStub and sign in with the email address that was given access. If you work with more than one business, use the workspace and business selectors to choose the right one before editing or replying.
Owners, operators, team members, and platform administrators can have different permissions. A missing feature may need setup or additional access; it does not mean your work has been lost. Contact your administrator if the business is missing.
Start with daily work
Inbox holds customer conversations. Customers connects customer details, conversations, and follow-up tasks. Calendar brings appointments and availability together.
Start by checking your business details and reading any open conversations. Then choose how you receive notifications.
Keep your website useful
Use Website for available content edits and update requests. Use Blog for articles if it is enabled. Preview changes before publishing. Watch the website walkthrough.
Check appointments before sharing a link
Review your time zone, availability, and appointment types in Calendar. If you charge for appointments, finish the payment setup shown for your business first. Read the calendar guide.
Keep your customer-facing information current
Review your business details and any chatbot knowledge your account can edit. Keep information accurate and leave private notes out of customer-facing answers. Read the chatbot guide.
Review business services
Domain connection and Email addresses & mailboxes show setup available to your account. Some services need administrator approval or provider verification before use. Do not change domain or email records just to clear an error; ask for help with the specific status shown.
Know which billing you are viewing
Your BusinessStub account charges are separate from invoices you send to your customers. Review the billing information and agreement for the service you are managing. Read the billing guide.
Your website and your workspace
Your public website is where customers find your business. The signed-in workspace is where your team manages its content and customer work. Signing into BusinessStub does not give every team member permission to publish website changes.
When your access or service needs to change
Contact BusinessStub before transferring responsibility, changing account ownership, or ending a service. Review your agreement and arrange any needed content or records with the authorized account holder.
