Troubleshooting and quick answers

First checks for missing access, notifications, website changes, appointments, and billing.

02

My business or a feature is missing

Let the dashboard finish loading, then check the selected workspace and business. Some features require administrator setup or additional permissions. If access still looks wrong, contact your administrator with the business name and the action you were trying to take.

03

I cannot find an inquiry

Check Inbox’s selected business, filters, and closed conversations. Access to older conversations can depend on when your account received access. If a recent submission is missing, provide BusinessStub with the page URL and approximate submission time so routing can be checked.

04

I am not receiving alerts

Check your saved notification email, spam folder, selected events, quiet hours, digest timing, and business. Profile and notification preferences have separate save controls. Follow the notification walkthrough.

05

Website editing or publishing is unavailable

Confirm the correct business and check whether the editor or update request is still preparing a preview. Do not repeatedly publish while a change is processing. If the editor is unavailable or an action fails, send BusinessStub the page, error message, and approximate time. Your account or website may need setup.

06

An image is missing after an update

Check that the upload was saved to the correct field and that you are viewing the intended preview or live page. Blog covers and images inside an article are separate. If the live image is still missing after a successful publication, report the affected page and image.

07

My domain or email still needs verification

Review the status and instructions in Domain connection or Email addresses & mailboxes. Check that any requested changes were made in the correct domain account. Ask BusinessStub for help if you are unsure; removing unrelated mail records can interrupt existing email.

08

The chatbot is missing or gives an outdated answer

Check the live page and any business information your account can edit. Report the page, example question, and approximate time to BusinessStub if the widget is unavailable or the answer still needs correction.

09

Appointments or calendar availability look wrong

Check the time zone, availability, time-off exceptions, and connected calendar status. If a connection needs attention, use its reconnect control. Share the affected date and appointment type with your administrator if the issue continues.

10

Billing does not show a renewal date

One-time charges may not have a renewal date. For a recurring service, ask BusinessStub to check the billing record and account link. Do not assume a blank renewal date means a subscription is canceled.

11

What to include when asking for help

Include your business name, the page or feature, what you expected, what happened, the approximate time, and the error message. Share a screenshot when useful, but leave passwords, invitation links, and private customer information out of public posts.

Use your existing BusinessStub support conversation for account-specific issues. Community is available from your workspace for general discussions.

Need a hand?
