Answer a real customer question
Choose one useful topic and write a clear title, a short introduction, and a few practical points. Keep details such as opening hours, service areas, and availability accurate.
Create your draft
In Blog, select your business and create an article. Add its title, short excerpt, and article text. Use the editor toolbar for headings, lists, and links.
Blog needs administrator setup and a compatible website. If it is unavailable, ask BusinessStub to check your setup before trying to publish.
Add a header image
The optional Header image (recommended) section appears above the title. Choose Upload header image and use an image you have permission to publish. Review Header image alt text and replace a filename-based description with a useful explanation.
The header image is separate from images inside your article. Its appearance in the article, blog listing, and sharing preview depends on your website design.
Add an image where it helps the reader
Place the cursor where an image should appear and use the Image toolbar button. Review the inserted image description and keep the image relevant to the surrounding text.
Use Split or Preview to check the article. Uploaded image paths are resolved against your website preview automatically; you do not need to replace them with full URLs for the editor preview.
Save and review the complete article
Save the draft, then check headings, links, formatting, and images in the preview. Review the title, excerpt, and header image fields separately from the article body. A saved draft is not a published article.
Publish once and check the live result
Publish when you are ready and have permission. Wait for completion; if publishing is still in progress, use Check publishing status. Open the live article on desktop and mobile, and check the header image, article image, and blog listing as your website displays them.
If an image is missing after a successful publication, check its upload and saved field, then report the affected page if it is still missing.
